By attending the Jetty Party at Aldiana Club Zanzibar Kwanza, guests agree to the following terms designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone while protecting the hotel's assets and reputation.
1. Entry & Access
- Admission is by valid ticket or confirmed booking only.
- Guests must wear event wristbands at all times.
- Access to restricted hotel areas is prohibited unless authorized by hotel management.
2. Guest Conduct
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or above.
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, we kindly request that no pets or animals be brought to the Jetty Party.
3. Asset & Property Protection
- Any damage caused to hotel property may result in charges to the respective guest.
4. Photography & Media
- Personal photography is permitted provided it does not disrupt other guests or block staff operations.
5. Safety & Security
- Security personnel will be on duty throughout the event.
- Bag checks may be conducted upon entry for safety reasons.
6. Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety when on the jetty and surrounding areas.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. The following terms apply to all ticket cancellations for the Jetty Party at Aldiana Club Zanzibar Kwanza.
Guest-Initiated Cancellations
- 14+ Days Before the Event – Full refund of the ticket price.
- 7–13 Days Before the Event – 50% refund of the ticket price.
- Less Than 7 Days Before the Event – No refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
- If the hotel must cancel the Jetty Party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns), guests will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
Special Circumstances
- In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating situations, refund requests will be reviewed at the hotel's discretion.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Any transaction or bank processing fees are non-refundable.
