Tickets can be purchased directly through our official website or at the hotel's concierge desk. All bookings are confirmed upon payment.

Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation:
- 14+ days before the event: Full refund
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund

Yes, but please be mindful of other guests. Official event photographers will be present. If you prefer not to be photographed, let our staff know upon arrival.

The Jetty Party is designed as an adult-focused event, and alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 18 and above.
